Sunday 7: Great Driving Jams

Music is an essential part of any road trip. It’s hard imagine anyone clocking thousands of miles without at least once cranking the volume and singing along at the top of their lungs. With nearly 7,000 songs on my iPod,  compiling the  perfect road trip playlist is impossible. However, the seven following songs are ones that have surfaced again and again over the years – on mix tapes and CDs – some of which I rocked on my earliest excursions across America. Comp Time with Davin Jael

As a little girl, Davin Jael couldn’t wait to grow up so she could trade the tedium of rural Maine for the excitement and wonder of everywhere else.
