Amid the neon, peanuts and ragtime music, was this guy, who memorializes the Korean War. I'm all for memorials, but that last thing anyone wants to be reminded of on the Boardwalk is death and destruction. But we paid our respects to this guy, who died so we can indulge in vice along the boardwalk.
